The Journey Home The Journey Home assists guests in focusing on what they need to change in order to become self-sufficient and/or crime free.

The Journey Home is a Supportive Housing Program that assists people who are experiencing homelessness or a potential housing crisis such as need for rental assistance, utility assistance, and food boxes in northeast South Dakota. We work closely with other organizations that provide assistance and services in our community to make sure guests are getting the help they need. Everyone served through The Journey Home receives individualized attention. Our support staff works with each guest to create an individualized plan of support, including specific goals and objectives. Guests at The Journey Home receive interactive instruction, encouragement and appropriate supervision as they put the skills they learn into practice and begin to advocate for themselves. Services of The Journey Home are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

🍝 Happy National Pasta Day! 🍝

Pasta is one of those simple foods that can stretch a long way—and when you're trying to make a tight grocery budget work, that matters.

A box of pasta can become dinner for a family. Add a little sauce, some vegetables or whatever you have on hand, and suddenly you have a warm meal around the table. ❤️

At Journey Home, we provide food boxes to individuals and families in our community who are facing food insecurity.

So today, while we're celebrating one of America's favorite comfort foods, we're also reminded of something important:

Everyone deserves to have enough food to put a meal on the table.
