UPDATE - After a thorough search, we were unable to locate the suspect and it is believed that he is no longer in the area.

Abington and Upper Moreland Police are currently searching for a wanted male suspect who fled from a car stop in the area of Woodlawn Avenue, which is north of Moreland Road, bordering the Overlook neighborhood in Abington Township. He was last seen wearing a matching track suit. This suspect may be armed and dangerous. We urge residents in this area to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity. If you encounter the suspect, please do not try to approach or confront him. If you have any information or notice anything unusual, please call 911.
