Our community, our athletes, and our staff came together today and yesterday to participate in selecting this year’s Thunderbolt basketball coaches. Because basketball means so much to our village, we made sure the process was fair, transparent, and community‑driven.

To avoid any concerns or misunderstandings, the principal facilitated but did not vote and did not tally results. All selections were counted independently by our math teacher using an advanced calculation program to ensure accuracy and neutrality.

Thank you to every candidate who stepped forward to serve our students. Your willingness to lead our youth does not go unnoticed.

After all selections were computed, our 2026–2027 head high school basketball coaches are:

Boys: Clifton Smith
Girls: Lindsey Charles

Thank you again to everyone who participated in this democratic process and helped keep basketball strong in our village.🏀🎉⚡
