This week the students in Mr. Hanna’s Financial Literacy class competed with each other in the game of STAX.
STAX is a fast-paced, 20-minute educational game that simulates 20 years of personal finance and investing! Players receive pocket cash every six months and decide how to invest their money in options like savings accounts, CDs, stocks, index funds, bonds, gold, and more.

The goal is to make smart financial decisions, balance risk, diversify investments, and decide when to buy, sell, or hold as the market changes.
The winners were given a gift certificate to the schools Red and Gray Cafe.
