It was a lovely fall week at Crockett Memorial Library and the weather almost cooperated!🌞❄️🤷🏻‍♀️

We made leaf sun catchers at Crafting Around and a cute scarecrow!🍂🍁

🦔The Wiggly Readers had a "magical" storytime about a hedgehog! 🪄🎩They also got to try an orange with Mrs. Allie Mallard from the Crockett County Health Department.🍊

The Teens/Tweens created amazing paintings!🎨🖌️🖼️

🎉Finally, one of our favorite things to do at the library! 🎉Congratulations to George and James on getting library cards!📚

💜 We’re Wearing Purple for Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜

Today, our library is wearing purple to stand in support of survivors of domestic violence and to help raise awareness in our community.

Domestic violence can affect anyone, and everyone has a role to play in creating a safer, more supportive community. Let’s use our voices to speak up, show compassion, and remind survivors that they are not alone.

💜 Wear purple. Raise awareness. Support survivors.
