Our Family & Consumer Science students have been learning about simple recipes, and this week they put their skills to the test by making their own pizzas! From preparing the dough to adding sauce and toppings, students practiced following a recipe, kitchen safety, and basic food preparation skills.

Our Alanson HS Cooking Club got creative in the kitchen this week making Fry Bread Tacos! Students practiced cooking skills, worked together, and enjoyed turning simple ingredients into a delicious meal.

We love seeing our students build confidence, try new foods, and learn skills they can use beyond the classroom. And, of course… the best part was getting to eat what we made!
