Join us for the Alapaha Station Celebration 5K on Saturday, November 14 at 8:00 a.m.!

The 3.1-mile race will begin at the historic train depot (address = 80 George Street). Come enjoy our little town with a big heart’s quiet country roads and beautiful scenery. Whether you’re running or walking, it’s gonna be fun.

🚨🚨 URGENT! ENIGMA ANIMAL CONTROL DOG. THIS SWEET GIRL NEEDS A RESCUE OR ADOPTER ASAP! HER LIFE IS AT RISK! 🚨🚨💔🐾 Owners surrendered after being picked up.

This girl has until the first week of November! Then she will be euthanized... needs rescue or adopter ASAP! This girl will NOT be released as a hunting dog... she has spent her life tied outside but a kids dog... she loves kids and has never hunted.

Room needed here for other animal control dogs coming in... she will be euthanized for space next week!

This beautiful girl is approximately 1.5 years old, 35 lbs, and believed to be a Foxhound or Beagle mix! ❤️

She was originally picked up through Animal Control, and unfortunately, her owner has now surrendered her. 😭

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND HER SITUATION!

As much as I would LOVE to bring this sweet girl into The Moooody Farm Animal Rescue, my rescue CANNOT financially commit to taking her in. Our rescue intakes are still closed due to funding.

However, that doesn't mean I'm not going to TRY to give her a fighting chance! 💔

I can try to keep her alive as long as I have the space and resources to do so. But everyone needs to understand something VERY important...

⚠️ SHE WILL REMAIN AN ANIMAL CONTROL DOG, NOT A RESCUE DOG! ⚠️

That means she is at risk of euthanasia AT ANY TIME! I cannot guarantee how long I can keep her safe. Keeping her here temporarily does NOT mean she has been saved!

And that absolutely breaks my heart. 😭

❤️ A LITTLE ABOUT THIS SWEET GIRL:

- 🐾 Female, approximately 1.5 years old
- 🐾 Around 35 lbs
- 🐾 Foxhound/Beagle mix (our best guess!)
- 🐾 Very sweet personality!
- 🐾 Does well with children!
- 🐾 Seems like she would fit into most households!
- 🐾 Cats are UNKNOWN!

Adoption is normal adoption through our rescue, fully vetted and spayed, vaccines, and microchip 250 adoption... or needs another licensed rescue to step up for her

This girl has so much life left to live. She's young, sweet, and deserves a family who will love her for the rest of her life. She doesn't deserve to lose her life simply because her owner no longer wanted her. 💔

WE NEED A RESCUE TO STEP UP OR AN ADOPTER TO GIVE HER A FOREVER HOME!

I am doing what I can to buy her some time, but TIME IS NOT SOMETHING I CAN PROMISE HER!

Please, if you can rescue or adopt this baby, reach out ASAP!
