Join us for a special Capital Region Baby Cafes on Wednesday, October 28th! Stop in with your baby dressed in costume for a free Halloween book, snacks and, as always, free lactation support!

This Baby Cafe will be held at the same time as our regular Wednesday Baby Cafe (12-2 PM) and still at St. Mary's (1300 Massachusetts Ave, Troy) but we will be in the Troy Pediatrics office on the 28th. Find us as soon as you walk in the building on the right!

What is a Baby Cafe? It is a free, drop-in community space where pregnant and new parents can get informal, expert breastfeeding support. Led by professional lactation consultants, these sites offer hands-on guidance, infant weigh-ins, and a relaxed environment to connect with other parents.

At St. Peters Health St. Peter's Health Partners, we offer Baby Cafes with our partners at 4 locations in the Capital Region. Visit us at HealthPrograms.org/babycafes for more information.
