Today is World Mental Health day, and we just wanted to take a moment to remind you that caring for your mental wellbeing can start with one small moment. If it's meditation, yoga, going to the gym, reading a book, whatever it may be. Take that time today to take care of yourself.

You are loved and cared for! We hope to see you at the library soon!
