On October 19, 2026, at approximately 7:20 PM, officers with the Aliquippa Police Department responded to 1104 Irwin Street to execute a search warrant in connection with an alleged fi***rm-related incident.

The investigation stemmed from a report that Ramere Lowe, a resident of the address, allegedly brandished a fi***rm and threatened a female victim at the Plan 12 Market. This incident followed a previous altercation involving the same suspect and victim on September 29, 2026, during which Lowe allegedly pepper-sprayed the same victim, resulting in criminal charges being filed.

While officers were executing the search warrant, several individuals, including juveniles, became disorderly, interfered with officers, and refused repeated commands to disperse. Despite multiple warnings, the individuals continued their disruptive behavior and obstructed officers in the performance of their duties. The Hopewell Township Police Department assisted per our request.

During the incident, officers attempted to take Diedra Lee into custody for her actions. A juvenile female, identified as Lee's daughter, began to physically intervene in her mother's arrest. A juvenile male also continued to yell, cause a disturbance, and obstruct officers despite repeated commands to stop and disperse.

Additionally, Rayetta Lee arrived on scene, stopped and exited her vehicle in the middle of the roadway, obstructing traffic. She then began yelling, causing a disturbance, and interfering with officers as they attempted to carry out their duties.

As a result of the investigation and the individuals' actions, the following criminal charges are being filed:

Rayetta Lee, B/F, 59, of Aliquippa:
Failure of Disorderly Persons to Disperse
Disorderly Conduct (2 counts)
Obstruction
Obstructing Highways

These efforts have resulted in increased arrests and a stronger police presence throughout our neighborhoods.

But public safety is a shared responsibility. If you see something, say something. If you know something, please report it.

⚠️UNVERIFIED SOCIAL MEDIA POST⚠️

The Aliquippa Police Department is aware of a social media post currently being circulated in local Facebook groups making claims regarding alleged gang activity in the City of Aliquippa. A copy of the post has been attached.

At this time, the Aliquippa Police Department has no information or evidence to substantiate the claims being circulated in this post. We are not aware of any incidents, calls for service, investigations, or other law-enforcement information that would support the allegations contained in it.

The post also makes serious allegations concerning criminal activity allegedly associated with individuals residing in the City. The Aliquippa Police Department is not aware of any information at this time that substantiates those allegations or indicates the existence of the threat described in the post.

We understand that posts involving allegations of violent crime, gangs, kidnapping, or human trafficking can understandably cause concern among residents. We ask members of the public to use caution when sharing unverified information on social media, particularly information that may unnecessarily create fear or alarm within the community.

In an effort to determine the basis of these claims and obtain any information that could be investigated, an officer with the Aliquippa Police Department contacted Mr. Myers on September 29, 2026. The officer attempted to obtain information from Mr. Myers regarding the accusations contained in the post so that the allegations could be properly documented in a police report and investigated. During that contact, Mr. Myers advised the officer that he had nothing to report.

If the Aliquippa Police Department becomes aware of a credible threat to public safety, we will provide appropriate information to the community through our official channels.

Anyone who has firsthand information concerning criminal activity is encouraged to report it directly to law enforcement rather than relying on or spreading unverified social media posts.

The Aliquippa Police Department responded to two separate disturbances at Good To Go, located at 2211 Sheffield Road. The Hopewell Township Police Department also requested per our request.

The first incident occurred at approximately 11:05 p.m. on September 19, followed by a second incident at approximately 2:05 a.m. on September 20.

During both incidents, officers encountered groups of individuals who were repeatedly instructed to leave the property and disperse due to fighting, yelling and causing a disturbance. Despite being given multiple warnings and opportunities to comply with officers’ lawful orders, several individuals refused to do so.

As a result of the two incidents, a total of eight individuals, four from each incident, were taken into custody and lodged in the Beaver County Jail. Charges were filed as appropriate based on each individual’s conduct and involvement. The charges included Failure of Disorderly Persons to Disperse Upon Official Order, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Public Drunkenness, Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, Obstructing the Administration of Law, and Intimidation of a Police K-9. Not every individual was charged with each of the offenses listed.

The Aliquippa Police Department remains committed to maintaining public safety and preserving order throughout the City of Aliquippa. Officers will continue to enforce all applicable laws and ordinances at businesses, public areas, and other locations throughout the City when circumstances warrant police intervention.

Within the past 24 hours, a total of 11 individuals have been arrested in connection with disturbances occurring at this location.

Our goal is not to make arrests, it is to maintain a safe and orderly community. Cooperation goes a long way toward accomplishing that goal without anyone ending the night in jail.

We would also like to recognize the efforts of the owner and management of Good To Go, who have taken proactive steps to maintain a safe and orderly environment, including hiring private security. The incidents requiring police intervention have resulted from the actions of individuals who choose not to follow the establishment’s rules, applicable laws, or lawful orders given by police officers and security personnel.

Respect the establishment, follow the rules, obey the law, and when directed to leave or disperse, do so.
