The AVAC bobsled team is training for tomorrow’s free 90 minute-long American Heart Association Family & Friends CPR training starting at 10:15 AM at the Lee Memorial Library in Allendale. Spaces are available. Register for this and other sessions at www.allendaleambulance.org. Despite their appearance, our bobsled team are no dummies. They know how to enable you to potentially save a life.

Our year-long Project CPR250 kicks off tomorrow. All residents and businesses in Allendale and Saddle River are welcome. Current schedules and locations of our 90 minute-long classes (you only need one) are on our website which can be found in the comment section. We will add classes throughout the next 12 months.

This week over 4,200 AVAC fund drive letters will be delivered to the residents and businesses of Allendale and Saddle River inviting their charitable support of our all-volunteer mission to provide emergency medical service to the two boroughs. As always, your generosity is greatly appreciated. The letter will also announce AVAC Project CPR250. More on that later.
