Failure already by Lehigh County Executive and Chairman of the Election Board.

The only “honest mistake” done was electing Josh Siegel as County Executive.

His lack of attention to county administration and his primary focus on attacking Republicans has led to this egregious error.

Lack of standardized procedures and protocols and limited or late communications with other election board members has been a serious problem for some time.

So it was inevitable, under short staff and lack of leadership, this would happen.

And there is no reason why more “honest mistakes” won’t happen again unless there is an independent bi-partisan investigation into the Lehigh County Election Office.

I have requested that the Secretary of State to immediately start an investigation.

Clerical error leads Lehigh County to send out hundreds of flawed mail-in ballots before the May primary Lehigh County's election office inadvertently used a year-old mailer list when it mailed out the May 19 primary ballots last week. The mistake will complicate primary races with statewide and national implications.

Pennsylvania has some of the largest natural gas reserves in the nation.

Yet under Josh Shapiro, our state ranks 41st out of 50 states in overall performance.

As Lieutenant Governor alongside Stacy Garrity, we will work to responsibly unleash Pennsylvania's energy potential to create jobs, grow state revenue, and deliver real tax relief for families.

More energy production = more revenue = lower taxes for YOU.
