Just a reminder!
This event takes place tomorrow at 9pm EST.
Our friends at Voices For Children in San Diego are hosting a Zoom event on June 28, at 9 p.m. EST
The Real Word Speakers Panel is comprised of young adults who currently live or have lived in foster care after experiencing abuse, abandonment, or neglect by their parents or caregivers. During Real Word presentations, panelists are open and forthright about their experiences in foster care, such as what it’s like to move from home to home, how it feels to be separated from siblings, and much more.
To start off the event, Mark Loretta with the San Diego Padres will speak about his personal experiences as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). Following his remarks, Voices for Children's Chief Program Officer, Stephen Moore, will lead the conversation with our all-male panel.
