Today is the final day of our 2025-2026 school year programming, and what a year it has been! Every day, our youth were able to receive academic help, eat a nutritious meal, and spend time with their friends. They all worked extremely hard this year, and we could not be more proud of all they accomplished.
A reminder that we will be closed all next week as we prepare for our summer program that begins on June 15th. We hope to see everyone at the Club this summer!

is hiring a full-time Education and Outreach Director! We are looking for a leader who is passionate about delivering educational programming that will shape the future of Allentown youth and teens. This is an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact on the youth of Allentown. Come join the fun here at BGCA!
As we get closer to the end of our school year programming, we had to take time to celebrate all of the hard work our Make Your M.A.R.K.ᵀᴹ participants put in this year! This program is voluntary, and our youth who chose to enroll were extremely dedicated to furthering their skills during critical after-school time programming. Our end-of-the-year Make Your M.A.R.K.ᵀᴹ Celebrations showcased their efforts they take during each session, as they progress through the program each year. They received certificates, pizza and snacks, and picked out prizes for their successes!
Thank you to all of our donors, especially those who donate through the EITC program, for expanding access to Make Your M.A.R.K.ᵀᴹ to our BGCA Club Kids!

This is just the start as we continue to fundraise towards our goal of $500,000 to provide long-term stability for our after-school programming at Cumberland Gardens.
We are incredibly grateful to announce that the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office has donated $100,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown! 💙
This generous gift will help us keep providing a safe, positive, and enriching space for youth to thrive over the summer at our Cumberland Gardens Clubhouse. A truly heartfelt thank you to DA Gavin Holihan and his team for believing in our mission!
Another successful Red Day is in the books! Thank you so much to Keller Williams Real Estate - Allentown for choosing BGCA again this year and transforming our Library into a welcoming space for our Club Kids to learn and read! They also helped us organize our books, gym closet, and gave our outdoor garden and grass areas a much needed face lift. Our youth and staff are extremely appreciative of your hard work and dedication to the project, and cannot wait to reading in the Library.
Your continued partnership allows BGCA to offer our youth safe, inviting environments where they can learn, have fun, and build Great Futures. Thank you again, and we already can't wait for next year!

We also held our first annual Staff vs. Youth game, with the Staff coming away with the victory. Congratulations to all of our players for their hard work, teamwork, and good sportsmanship all season long!
