Allentown Warming Station

Due to overnight temperatures, the Warming Station will be open Sunday, April 19, Monday, April 20 and Tuesday April 21, from 7PM-7AM. Dinner will be served each evening and showers will be available.

As we prepare to close our doors for our 8th warming station season, we want to thank everyone who supported us throughout the winter. Because of your generosity, we were able to provide warmth, comfort, and care to so many in our community. 💛

As the season comes to an end, we are still accepting donations to help us finish strong and prepare for next year. Donations can be dropped off at your convenience.

If you or someone that you know is homeless or facing homelessness, please feel free to join us on Monday, March 30, from 8AM-11AM at the Warming Station for the Resource Hub.

We’re running low on sugar at our Warming Station and could really use your help! If you’re able to donate a bag (or two), it would go a long way in helping us provide warm drinks and comfort to those in need.

Do you have travel-sized (hotel-sized) soap, shampoo, or conditioner tucked away at home “just in case”? Now is the perfect time to put them to good use!

We are currently VERY LOW on personal care supplies and could use your support.

Most needed items:
• Travel-size soap
• Travel-size shampoo
• Travel-size deodorant
• New toothbrushes

These small items make a BIG difference for the individuals and families we serve. 💙

Donations can be dropped off at the at the Welcome Center Monday-Friday 6AM-8PM and Saturday/Sunday 8AM-12PM, or you can shop directly from our wishlists and have items shipped to us:

We are grateful to the community for supporting the Allentown Warming Station, especially during our emergency storm operation a few weekends ago. Thank you to Habitat Lehigh Valley and the Habitat ReStore for donating puzzles and games for the guests of our Warming Station. And thank you to Goldberg's Bridge Street Bagels for donating 400 bagels for breakfast service. Additional thanks to the many individuals and local business for providing meals.

We are grateful to our community partners for their generous support of our Allentown Warming Station. Thank you to Target of Flemington, American Red Cross Greater Pennsylvania Rivers Chapter and St. Luke's University Health Network for donating pillows and blankets in preparation extra guests this past weekend. With your help, we are able to meet this critical community need.

The Warming Station will continue to stay open until 7:00 AM on Tuesday. Do not stay out in the cold, we are accepting intakes at any time during this weather emergency.
