Today we honor and remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. We're thankful to those men and women, and their families, for their service.

Self-care is more than relaxationโitโs a way to help the mind and body heal from trauma.
After experiencing abuse, survivors may feel disconnected from their bodies or overwhelmed by stress responses. Mind-body self-care practices such as yoga, grounding exercises, journaling, and adequate rest can help restore connection, strengthen resilience, and support recovery.
Healing happens one step at a time, and caring for your body is part of reclaiming your strength.
