Please join us on Saturday February 25th at 7pm for a benefit concert for our fallen brothers of the Community Fire Department of New Tripoli. Doors will open at 6:15pm and the event is open to all first responders and the public. The entertainment will be provided by Highway Run - Journey Tribute Band with Stellar Construction and BELFOR Property Restoration sponsoring the food and drinks which is being provided by MISSION BBQ. A special thanks goes out to Kempton Community Center for allowing this event to take place at their great facility.

**Update** Each ticket will include Mission BBQ Dinner, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Tickets are $40.00 each and can be purchased at the link below or by scanning the QR code on the flyer. No tickets will be sold at the door. Please note, due to the size of the facility, only 500 tickets will be sold.

Please consider joining us for this great event to honor our fallen brothers who gave the ultimate sacrifice. All proceeds from this event will go to the New Tripoli Bank Fallen Firefighter Fund.

****Update**** Because we are using the Betterworld platform for ticket sales, on your emailed receipt it will say "chances to win" instead of saying "tickets purchased". This is ok and something we cannot change. Also when buying tickets it will give you the option if you would like to cover the credit card and fundraising fees. You can either cover these costs or uncheck that option box. The total amount of fees per ticket would come to $6.90. We hope this clears up any confusion.

The Community Fire Company of New Tripoli has announced arrangements for fallen firefighters Zachary Paris and Marvin Gruber.

Assistant Chief Zachary Paris, 36, of New Tripoli, Pennsylvania joined The Community Fire Company of New Tripoli in 2010. He rose to the rank of Assistant Chief while serving on the Board of Directors. He handled all the fire reports and was an avid mentor to new and upcoming volunteer members. Zachary was a devoted father to his two daughters, who enjoyed farming, spending his free time on his motorcycle, and loved the outdoors.

He was also a career firefighter with The Division of Frederick County Fire and Rescue Services in Frederick, MD. He began with them on February 28, 2022 as part of Recruit Class 32. He graduated from the fire academy on September 10, 2022 and was assigned to the Green Valley Fire Station as a member of C Shift.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, sister, and parents.

Firefighter Marvin Gruber, 59, of New Tripoli, Pennsylvania joined The Community Fire Company of New Tripoli in 2020 and became an immediate asset to the organization. He also served as a director on the Board of Directors and was an inspiration to everyone he came in contact with.
Marvin adored spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, two children, and three grandchildren.

“There are never the right words when a community suffers such a profound loss”, said Fire Chief Gary K***z. “Our number one priority is the families of both fallen heroes. What this town has lost is vast, but what their families have lost is immeasurable. It is our duty to ensure their needs are met, today, tomorrow, and everyday after that, and we are committed to do so.”

He worked at Northampton Community College for 22 years, the last 15 in the
Department of Public Safety.

For those wishing to help the families, a direct donation can be made to The New Tripoli Bank in the name of “The Fallen Heroes of New Tripoli”
