🕛 Hours: 8am-4:30pm + evenings, weekends, on-call as needed
💵 Salary: $80,000-$85,000 annually + Benefits
🚗 Travel: 25% +

After working as a certified employee with Project CU, Inc., a Challenge Unlimited, Inc. affiliate, Candance was ready to pursue community employment. Earlier this year, with support from our Employment Services program, she was offered a part-time housekeeping position at Lansdowne Village Community!

🎉 Now, Candance has reached her 90-day milestone and is officially a full-time employee! Congratulations, Candance, on this exciting achievement! 🎉

Meet Matt! 💙

Matt began participating in Challenge Unlimited, Inc.’s Employment Services in 2024 and joined the Alton Skills Training Center in 2025. With support from his team, Matt was hired as a Kitchen Aide with LaMay's Catering, a valued partner of Challenge Unlimited.

Since starting, Matt has grown more confident and independent in completing his daily kitchen and cleaning tasks. He continues building his skills through hands-on training at the Alton Skills Training Center while maintaining his employment.
