The RiverBend Growth Association monthly Leadership Series presented by Legacy Training and Development continues October 9th!

Recognition, reward, and reinforcement are often used interchangeably—but they aren’t the same. Effective leaders know when and how to use each. In this interactive Lunch & Learn, we’ll explore the differences between recognizing someone’s contribution, rewarding results, and reinforcing the behaviors you want repeated. Participants will learn practical ways to use all three intentionally to strengthen performance, build engagement, and create a culture where people know what matters and are motivated to keep doing it. Reserve your spot today on the Wedge website - they'd love to have you join!
