📢 PUBLIC AWARENESS: STATE QUESTION 847

Oklahoma residents deserve to understand how State Question 847 could affect our communities and the services we rely on every day.

Proposed changes to property tax growth limits could have long-term implications for county revenue and the funding of essential services, including roads and bridges, public safety, courthouse operations, and the ability to recruit and retain qualified county employees.

The County Treasurer's Office will be mailing yellow resale notification letters in regards to delinquent taxes from the year 2023 up through 2026. Properties will be subject to the June 2027 tax resale if full payment is not received by dates given.

If you have received a white delinquent statement or a yellow resale notification letter, we ask that you please bring either or both with you when visiting the office for questions, concerns and/or making payments.

The Jackson County Treasurers office is grateful for the communities support and will do our best to address any questions that you may have regarding your property taxes. If you are unable to get out due to the heat, please call the office at 580-482-4371.

🇺🇸 Holiday Office Closure Notice 🇺🇸

As we celebrate our nation’s independence, the Jackson County Treasurer’s Office will be CLOSED Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.

Our office will reopen on Monday, July 6,at 8:00 a.m. and we’ll be happy to assist you then.

We wish everyone in Jackson County a safe, happy, and memorable Fourth of July weekend! ❤️🤍💙
