The judging panel for the Trustees’ Clam Chowder Contest featured East Hampton Town Councilman Tom Flight, Town Historian Hugh King, and New York State Assembly Member Tommy John Schiavoni. The three local leaders conducted a blind tasting of homemade red and white clam chowders.
