iDocket CATX Integration Update

We’re making progress toward full integration with the Texas Office of Court Administration’s (OCA) Case-Level Data (CATX) initiative.

Our team is actively working on development and validation across the iDocket platform, with the goal of having the integration fully operational by the end of November 2026.
This integration is designed to support required case-level data exchange and provide participating Texas courts with a consistent, reliable way to submit information through the CATX framework.

We’ll continue sharing updates as we progress toward certification and production readiness.

You prepared the docket. Why are you preparing parts of it again?

Court staff already put time into organizing cases, setting the right order, preparing the layout, and getting everything ready for court.
But small workflow gaps can turn completed work into repeated work.

In Court Insights #03 | Docket Preparation, we look at what we’ve been learning from courts about the work behind the docket and where unnecessary repetition can happen.
Because sometimes the best improvement isn’t making another step faster.
It’s removing the need to do it again.

When the public can’t find it, the clerk’s office becomes the search engine.

Public access is not simply about putting information online. It is about making sure that information is accurate, current, easy to find, and genuinely useful to the people looking for it.

In Court Insights #02: Public Access, we look at the everyday challenges surrounding access to court information and what better public access can mean for both the public and court staff.
