On Friday, our 8th graders visited Sauk Valley Community College to explore the Pathways Playground! This interactive fair gave students a hands-on look at various career paths, from trades and technology to healthcare and public service.

A huge thank you to the Regional Office of Education and all the local professionals who spent time inspiring our students and helping them start thinking about their next steps! Check out some highlights from a fantastic day of hands-on learning below. 👇✨

🎃 Halloween Dress-Up Day!

We're excited to bring back Halloween dress-up at school this year! Students and staff may wear a Halloween costume to school on Friday, October 30th.

Please remember that all costumes must follow the school dress code. Masks, weapons, and other potentially disruptive props should be left at home.

Participation is optional, and students and staff who choose not to dress up should come to school dressed as usual. We look forward to having some Halloween fun!

❤️🏈⚓️🎺 📣🚩💃What an AMAZING night at our Teacher Tailgate!
We had so much fun cheering on our school and celebrating our incredible students! We loved listening to our AWESOME MARCHING BAND, watching the AMAZING FLAG AND DANCE ROUTINES, hearing our CHEERLEARDERS pump up the crowd, and watching our tough FOOTBALL SQUAD bring home a LANDSLIDE VICTORY! We had the best seats in the HARBOR!❤️❤️
A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out and made the night so special! We loved seeing everyone come together to show their school spirit and support our students!
🎉 Congratulations to our Amazon Gift Card winner, Kelly Viall, our Junior High and High School Agricultural Teacher! 👏
We also had a special surprise appearance from our very own Superintendent, Josh Nichols! ❤️❤️
Thank you again for making our Teacher Tailgate such a memorable night! We are so proud of our students and staff!
