NEW!
We just finished installing a new bike pump at KHOI FM

Watchout for more updates to learn repairs, we will start with basics like changing bike tubes. So next time you've a flat near downtown you can change your bike tubes and inflate them!

Support for this project was provided by the City of Ames climate action grant () and KHOI volunteers.

Special thanks to the KHOI team (Mark, Ed, Robert and Lynne) for their work.

Another busy and successful Earth Day repair cafe on April 18th.
This is our 4th year of celebrating Earth day with repairs. Thanks to all of our volunteers and partners for this event.
We had 94 people stop by with items for repairs. We hope to continue to do this with your help and support.

This is also our first Earth day teaching some basic repairs.

We are always looking for more volunteers, so reach out to us if you want to volunteer to repair, teach or volunteer for support roles.

New - We now have our own set of tools, organized and labeled for repair cafe events. This should enable us to teach how to fix items while people still have the option to get their items repaired.

Teaching for self-reliance is one of our goals and we're finally doing it in our 4th year.

Come join us if you want to get your item fixed or want to learn to fix it yourself.
Special thanks to & for their help. And shout-out to for their discounts that helped us procure these.
