You’ll be haunted forever if you drink and drive this Halloween weekend.

Before the night gets spooky and the drinks start pouring, plan for a sober ride.

There is no one cause for cancer. It’s a complex mix of different factors that are sometimes unknown.

Screening for cancers, like breast cancer, can help you get the treatment you need as soon as possible.

During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, talk with your healthcare provider about screening options.

When someone shares that they’re experiencing domestic violence, how we respond matters.

Questions like “Why don’t you just leave?” can make someone feel judged or misunderstood. Instead, listen without judgment, believe them, and respect their choices.
Leaving an abusive relationship can be complicated, and everyone deserves to make decisions about their safety in their own time.

You don’t need to have all the answers to make a difference. Sometimes, reminding someone that they’re believed, supported and not alone is a meaningful place to start.

💜 Need support? The National Domestic Violence Hotline is available 24/7 at 800-799-SAFE (7233), by texting START to 88788, or at thehotline.org. If you’re seeking help, consider using a safe device.
