Get ready for an afternoon of Halloween fun for the whole family! Join us Sunday, October 25, at 4 p.m. at Spitzer Stadium and the South Parking Lot for the Amherst Halloween Bash, sponsored by American Legion Post 118! 🎃

🥁 Enjoy a live performance by the Amherst Marching Comets!
🍬 Trunk-or-treat begins at 5 p.m.
👻 Parade and costume contest (line up at 3:30 p.m.)
🎨 Face painting, food, and fun for all ages!

There’s something for everyone, so grab your costumes and come celebrate Halloween with our Amherst community! 🧡💚

Join us in celebrating Steele Staff Members of the Month, Hannah Weber and Larissa McNeal! 💚💛

Hannah and Larissa stepped into their new roles as Head and Assistant Advisors this year and helped make Homecoming a memorable celebration! From coordinating the parade and King and Queen nomination and selection process to hosting an awesome Homecoming dance, they handled a busy week with dedication and enthusiasm.

Nominated by Ashley Harigan, Rebecca McArthur, and Joe Tellier, their efforts are appreciated by our students, staff, and community.

We’re accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year for children who turned four by August 27, 2026.

Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Families offered a classroom placement will receive an email with registration instructions, including prorated tuition.

Join us in celebrating our AJH Staff Members of the Month, James Mitchell and Tony Jordan Jr.! 💚💛

James and Tony have been tremendous additions to Amherst Junior High in their new roles, supporting staff and keeping the building running smoothly. They’ve also taken on additional responsibilities at the Board Office each morning before students arrive at AJH.

Nominated by Nick Doehr and Andrew Hoffman, these Comets make a difference through their hard work, dedication, and willingness to help.
