1. Trick or Treat in the Village at Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village 🎃
Enjoy trick or treating this Friday and Saturday at BNHV. Guests will visit the historic structures throughout the village and receive candy along the way!

Last week, I joined the Amherst Bike Bus for a fall ride to Windermere Elementary! 🚲🍂

A big thank-you to all the parents who volunteer their time to make the Bike Bus possible each fall and spring. It’s a great way for students to get moving, spend time with friends, and enjoy the ride to school!

The Amherst Youth & Community Coalition and The Prevention Council of Erie County are hosting a free screening of "Screenagers Under the Influence: Addressing Va**ng, Drugs & Alcohol in the Digital Age." This documentary explores how social media and the digital world can influence teens’ decisions around va**ng, drugs, and alcohol, offering helpful insights for parents and families.

This important screening is taking place on Thursday, October 22, at 6:30 PM at the Harlem Road Community Center Auditorium. The event is free and open to parents, adults, and youth ages 13 and older. No registration is required, and free Anderson’s ice cream tokens will be available while supplies last!

This event is open to middle school students ages 11–14 and will feature crafts and activities, 4-square and gaga ball, and a haunted house... if they dare!

In partnership with the American Heart Association, Williamsville South High School is hosting a free, community-wide Hands-Only CPR Training Event on Tuesday, October 20, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.

Community members will have the opportunity to learn hands-only CPR, AED use, and other lifesaving skills through hands-on training and activities. The event is free and open to the public, but participants will not receive CPR certification.

Thank you to the American Heart Association and all of the community partners participating in this important event.
