⚡️⚡️Pardon our Progress ⚡️⚡️

We are renovating our Caledonia office to better serve the Steens, Caledonia and Hamilton area. This office will be closed for at least the next month as we update to the 21st century.

The night deposit outside that office may still be used - it will be checked daily. You may call our main number for any service issues in the Caledonia area 662-256-2962.

A picture of the lovely 80’s decor and our newly painted front windows are shown

As you head to the field this dove season, take a moment to look up. Power lines, fiber lines, poles, transformers, and other electrical and fiber equipment are never safe targets. A stray shot can damage equipment, cause outages, and create serious safety hazards.

Help keep the internet and electricity on for your friends and neighbors by always being aware of what's beyond your target. Hunt safe, shoot responsibly, and have a great dove season! See less

Wishing all our members and their families a safe and happy Labor Day. Today we honor the hard work, dedication, and community spirit that keeps Mississippi moving forward. Our offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, so our employees can spend the day with their loved ones. Enjoy the well-deserved rest.

For emergencies and outages, please call 662-256-2962

**UPDATE** The bird parents have been found and the bird has been picked up. Thank you all for the shares.

We have a bird that doesn’t belong to us at Monroe County Electric. It is very comfortable with people so be think it is probably someone’s pet. Please share so we can find its home.
