Hey everyone - we are hiring! We are looking for a part-time library and accounting clerk; hours are Mondays from 9:30am-2:30pm and Fridays from 9:30am-2:30pm. 5 additional hours a week could be available if needed to complete the accounting clerk duties.

Check out the job listing on our website: https://forthunterfreelibrary.com/job-opportunities

This would be perfect for a college student if you're free on M & F; someone who recently retired; someone who is just looking for something fun to do to get out of the house for a few hours a week!

To apply, send your resume and 3 professional references to: [email protected]; subject: library/accounting clerk

Whether you are 5 or 95, a professional artist, or a weekend hobbyist, we want to see your creativity! This exhibit has no entry fees and is open to all ages.

🧑‍🎨 Choose Your Medium:
Get as creative as you want! We are accepting paintings, pencil drawings, photography, sculptures, woodworking, jewelry, quilting, crochet, wool felting, taxidermy, poetry, short stories, LEGO® builds, painted rocks, or even cake decorating and food sculptures! 🧱🍰🧶

📝 The Guidelines:
• Must feature a fish species found in the Mohawk River.
• No hazardous materials.
• Drop off your artwork at the library between now and Thursday, October 29.

✨ Save the Date: Join us for the public exhibit and opening reception on Tuesday, November 3, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the old Town Hall (same building as the library). Come support local artists and celebrate the beautiful Mohawk Valley!
