🚨 Outdoor Warning Siren Testing 🚨

Chambers County conducts routine testing of our outdoor warning sirens to ensure they're ready when needed.

📅 Testing Schedule
🔴 First Wednesday of each month (4:00 PM): Full siren test
🔵 All other Wednesdays: Brief "growl" test

If severe weather is expected, the full monthly test will be canceled.

Chambers County currently has three outdoor warning sirens strategically located throughout the County, and we are continuing to expand the system. Our goal is to install an outdoor warning siren at each fire station across the county, helping provide greater coverage and faster notification for our communities.

Our outdoor warning sirens are used to alert those outdoors of immediate dangers, such as tornado warnings and hazardous materials emergencies.

When sirens are activated during an actual emergency, a ChambersWarns notification will also be sent with important information and instructions.
📲 Don't forget to sign up for ChambersWarns to receive emergency alerts directly to your phone: ChambersWarns.org

Thank you for helping us keep Chambers County prepared and informed!
