A wet morning commute is in store for this morning! Rain showers moved in overnight and will continue to expand in coverage this morning. Expect reduced visibility in showers and ponding of water on roads and in low-lying areas. Make sure to give yourself extra time during the morning commute!

We continue to track several rounds of showers and storms slated to move through the area Wednesday through Friday morning this week, bringing the potential for heavy rainfall. While severe storms are not expected, the heavy rain could lead to ponding of water on roads and fields as well as another round of rises on area rivers.

Hope to see you today!
