The bidding periods for two different land auctions has begun!

First is the 2026 Annual Land Auction #498. Alaska residents are eligible to bid on 152 road accessible or remote parcels across the state. The offering brochure is available online and by request on our webpage at: https://dnr.alaska.gov/mlw/landsales/auction/498/.

Second is the 2026 Agricultural Land Auction #499. Alaska residents and non-residents are eligible to bid on 19 parcels in either the Nenana-Totchaket Phase 1A or Phase 1B Subdivisions near Nenana, or the North Fork Micro Ag Subdivision near Anchor Point. The offering brochure is available online and by request on our webpage at: https://dnr.alaska.gov/mlw/landsales/ag/499/.

Bidding for both auctions ends on September 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM. In-house financing is available for parcel winners. Happy bidding!
