ℹ️ What is the CMP?
The Congestion Management Process (CMP) is a regional effort to improve the performance and reliability of the transportation system and reduce the negative effects of congestion on moving people and goods. Since the AMATS region’s population is greater than 200,000, this is a federally required process.

AMATS is the federally recognized Metropolitan Planning Organization.
