"When the governor and his supporters say the bill has “poison pills” and that they want a “clean bill,” what they are really saying is they want a bill that provides billions in tax breaks alone, with zero protections for Alaskans. That’s not only unfair to Alaskans, it doesn’t follow our constitutional mandate to get the maximum benefit for our resources."

Alaska should not hand out billions in tax breaks without deadlines, liability protections, Alaska hire guarantees and fair corporate taxes.
