NACHW is partnering with Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign to support CHWs on the frontlines helping clients and community members access food resources like SNAP and WIC. As part of this effort, we developed a brief survey to learn more about how CHWs are showing up to help people with food access across the country.

Your input will help shape new tools, training, and resources to better support CHWs in making nutritious food more accessible to all. The survey is for CHWs as well as CHW supervisors and employers. This conversation highlighted the vital role that CHWs play in advancing community health and strengthening systems of care. We’re grateful for everyone who participated and shared insights that will help guide our collective work moving forward.
