The incredible Mr. Hector is retiring after 19 years of dedicated service to the Ursa Minor Elementary community. Throughout his time here, he has been so much more than a staff member. He has been a steady presence, a caring heart, and a true gift to our school. To know Mr. Hector is to love him, and his kindness, warmth, and unwavering support have left a lasting impact on countless students, families, and colleagues.

As Mr. Hector begins this exciting new chapter, he will be spending his well-earned retirement in a warmer climate surrounded by family. While we will miss him tremendously, we are grateful for every year, every smile, and every contribution he has shared with our community.

It is impossible to fully express how fortunate we have been to have Mr. Hector as such a cherished and dependable pillar of Ursa Minor. His legacy will remain in the hearts of those whose lives he has touched. We wish him endless happiness, good health, and many wonderful adventures in retirement. Thank you, Mr. Hector, for everything you have given to our school community. You will always be a part of the Ursa Minor family. ❤️
