A huge thank you to the Timken Foundation of Canton for presenting us with a very generous grant award to support renovations to the Habitat Anderson ReStore!

The Timken Foundation has been a longtime partner of Habitat Anderson, helping fund the construction of several homes for local families over the years. We're so grateful that their commitment to our mission continues with this latest investment in our ReStore.

This funding will support improvements to our rear ramp and loading dock, an important part of ongoing renovations to our historic downtown building. These improvements will help make our operations safer and more efficient, strengthening the ReStore's ability to generate critical funding for affordable homeownership in Anderson County.

As we celebrate 40 years and 100 homes, we're especially grateful for partners like Timken who have played such an important role in our history and continue to invest in our future.

Thank you to the Timken Foundation for your generosity and continued partnership!

Thank you, Langston Construction, for joining us as a 2026 Give Back Partner! Their team served with us by helping paint doors, cutting trim, and building headers – small touches that make sure our Habitat homes are excellent quality. We’re so grateful for these amazing volunteers!

Last week, several members of our team traveled to Atlanta for the 2026 Habitat Conference. It was such a great time meeting Habitat affiliates and leaders from around the world. We learned so much and got tons of great ideas, and we can’t wait to bring our renewed energy home to Anderson. Habitat Anderson is grateful to be one piece of the global puzzle working to create a world with affordable housing for all!
