It was an honor to share information about MCBA Build Your Future Indiana Trades Day.

🌶️ IBA joins Dearborn County HBA for annual Chili Cookoff

IBA President Marcy DeShong recently attended the Dearborn County Home Builders Association’s Chili Cookoff, where she spoke about Careers in Construction Month and the importance of workforce development in building a strong future for Indiana’s residential construction industry.

State Senator Randy Maxwell also joined the event to provide attendees with a legislative update.

Thank you to Dearborn County HBA for bringing members and industry leaders together for an evening of good food, important conversations and connection. We appreciate our local associations for continuing to support the industry and the next generation of construction professionals!

What we do at MCBA Build Your Future Day makes a HUGE difference! WTG!

Women make up only a small percentage of trade workers. Several programs are exposing girls to those jobs to change that.
