Last night, the members of Anderson Volunteer Fire Department came together for pump operations training. While many people may not see the hours spent behind the scenes, our volunteers are constantly training and preparing to be ready when our community needs them most.

Every drill, every lesson, and every hour spent training helps ensure that our firefighters have the knowledge and skills needed to protect our neighbors, families, and friends.

We are incredibly thankful for the men and women who continue to volunteer their time, answer the call, and serve Anderson and the surrounding communities. Your dedication does not go unnoticed.

Thank you to our firefighters for all you do
