Andes Public Library Serving the community of Andes, New York in the beautiful Catskill Mountains We are a fine-free library and are part of the Four County Library System.

Offering books, DVDs, music CDs, audio books, downloadable e-books and audio books, public access computers, copies, free wi-fi and more. Our entire catalog, except for reference and local history documents, is available online at www.4cls.org. We also offer copy/fax/scanning/laminating services for a fee, a weekly story time, an edible landscape, lovely murals in our handicap accessible bathroom and children's room, an outside gazebo and deck overlooking a picturesque stream, and a friendly community space with a variety of all ages programming.
