Door knocking is how we win elections!

This election is going to be close, and we need to put in the work. Every conversation matters, and every door we knock is an opportunity to make a difference.

Join Ankeny Area Democrats for door knocking this weekend! We’ll have a special launch at noon on Sunday with John Norwood, Iowa State Treasurer.

AAD Office, 1625 S Ankeny Blvd

Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or brand new to door knocking, we’d love to have you join us. Let’s get out there and do the work together!

Hope to see you this weekend! 💙

Two weeks until Election Day.

A huge thank you to the candidates who joined us tonight and shared words of encouragement with our volunteers. Thank you to Sarah Trone Garriott, Heather Matson, Heather Sievers, Molly Buck, Amy Tagliareni, Deborah Neustadt, Kirk Norris, and Autumn Ogden for showing up and reminding us why this work matters. You showed us that you care about us, about Ankeny, and about the future of our community and our state. We’re grateful you took the time to be with us.

Now, we’re on the final lap. It’s all gas, no brakes.

The way we win is by talking to our neighbors and having real conversations about the issues that matter. By telling our neighbors who we’re voting for and why.

Get out there. Knock some doors. Talk to your neighbors. Let’s finish strong.
