“I’m supporting literacy and making a meaningful difference in my students’ growth and confidence. When they become independent learners, that reinforces why I became a teacher. Our high ranking in reading shows that I can have a lasting impact on their educational journey through life.” -Kelli Cropper, Worcester County Teachers Association member and reading interventionist

Around the country, educators and their districts are finding new and unique ways to serve students and school communities.

🎉 That’s a wrap on MSEA’s 159th Representative Assembly!

Maryland’s educators brought the energy to Ocean City!

Over two days, members learned, connected, shared ideas, and helped shape the future of our union. Our delegates helped set association policy, while educators from across the state came together for free professional development.

To every delegate, member, and presenter: thank you for being part of it all! Our greatest strength has always been what we accomplish together. ✊

It’s been awesome seeing our members proudly rocking MSEA convention, PAC, and union shirts and jackets from years past! Every shirt expresses the passion, dedication, and commitment that our members bring to our union and public education year after year.

Thank you for showing up, standing together, and continuing to champion for Maryland’s students, educators, and public schools. We love seeing that MSEA pride on display, past and present! ✊
