Our local resource family, Bryan and Ronnette Rock are extremely honored to have been nominated by U.S. Rep. Sarah Elfreth and selected as the 2026 Angels in Adoption® honoree by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI), representing Maryland.

The Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI), which coordinates the Angels in Adoption® program, is a nonpartisan nonprofit that helps inform members of Congress about adoption and child welfare related issues.

The Angels in Adoption® program honors individuals, families, and organizations making extraordinary contributions to adoption, foster care, permanency, and child welfare.

We also want to give a special thank you to Congresswoman Elfreth for the nomination.
