🚒 PUBLIC NOTICE: Proposed Adoption of Updated Fire Code

Daisy Mountain Fire & Medical is proposing updates to its Fire Code, including amendments and revisions. In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 48-805(B)(7), fire districts may amend or revise an adopted fire code, subject to approval by the Office of the State Fire Marshal and a public hearing.

We encourage residents, business owners, and community members to review the proposed changes.

Lightning may strike as far as 10 miles from any rainfall. Always have a lightning safety plan and get to a safe place.
