Open Arms Mission Open Arms Mission is a community based food pantry offering service to Antioch and Lake Villa Townships (zip codes 60002 and 60046).

We serve an average of 298 families each week. Our pantry is open to clients Tuesday through Thursday, 4:30PM to 6:30PM. Open Arms Mission is a non-profit organization that relies on donations from local churches, schools, businesses, civic organizations, corporate partners, grants, matching funds and individual giving. The organization exists because of many caring and giving “neighbors” who see a need and want to make a difference by offering their time and talents! Please join us in our efforts of “neighbor helping neighbor.”

We are the safety net that people from all walks of life rely on for assistance. We help individuals and families in their time of need by providing food, along with personal hygiene supplies and more.

Over the past 17 years, our wonderful local schools, churches, organizations, small businesses and generous individuals like you, have been able to collect over 142,000 pairs of socks for the Socks For The Soul project! Now going into our 18th year, we are once again looking for your support to continue our program.

Our goal is Warm Feet, Warm Hearts for everyone. Your generosity will greatly warm the hearts and the feet of your neighbors that utilize Open Arms Mission to help supplement their weekly food.

We currently are in need of New Children's, Men's and Women's Socks. Drop-off Tues, Thurs, Friday from 8AM to Noon, 1548 Main St. Please contact Judy at 847-508-5938 for more information on how you can help.

Please drop off at Open Arms Mission, 1548 Main St (Route 83), Antioch. Next to A to Z Rental. Drop off hours are Tues, Thurs and Friday 8AM to Noon or Tues through Thursday from 4:30 to 6:30PM.
