Their departure marks the end of a leadership era and the beginning of a transition at City Hall.

Participants should expect a rigorous, full-body training experience that includes both strength and cardiovascular conditioning. The class will incorporate high-intensity workouts, as well as instruction in basic self-defense techniques, strikes, and situational awareness skills designed to enhance personal safety and preparedness.
