I think this tortoise is broken or just indecisive on where it wants to go! This is a Florida native Gopher Tortoise. These amazing little guys dig deep, long burrows that usually end up being not just a home to them, but many other animals. They are very important to our ecosystem! AND…they are super cute!

Epic fail! Was hoping that they would all like rolling the ball around instead…I scared the hell out of the chickens & disappointed the goat & pig with something non-eatable! Epic fail! What did we learn from this??? That I suck! Sorry Spice Girls, Roscoe, & Hammy Hagar!

“Baby” Ava just waking up. She rearranged her sleeping area…slept on a turtle stuffy & burritoed herself in a light blanket. Such a sweet girl.

We want to make a special post to all the men & women whom have sacrificed everything to stand for all of us here in the USA. Things would be so different without all of you! Thank you doesn’t seem enough! We are so grateful to all of you & the families who also sacrificed what we call a normal life. A single day is not enough to honor all of you!

Amos had dinner, a fresh pillow, & a power nap! Ana too had dinner & a fresh blanket…no nap for her. Amos is an old man of 37 (we think)…he needs his naps. Ava is going on 5…she doesn’t need to nap…just goes into total shutdown mode at bed time. Ava keeps the old man going & Amos calms the crazy girl a bit. So glad it worked out so well housing them together! Ava even gets to take advantage of Amos’ Netflix at times! 🤣.
