Summer is all about making memories, and Windsor Island Resort was built for exactly that. JK2 Construction delivered a resort-style amenity package featuring a 15,000-square-foot amenity center, a zero-entry pool, lazy river, water slides, interactive splash area, putt-putt course, sports courts and private cabanas.
We're proud to have helped create a destination where families can relax, recharge and enjoy the ultimate vacation experience for years to come.

Project Spotlight: EverBe Phase 1 Amenity & Hardscape

JK2 Construction is proud to deliver the first phase of amenities at EverBe, featuring a zero-entry pool, outdoor gathering spaces and a 24/7 fitness center filled with natural light. As a trusted partner, the team also completed the BeSocial Club parking lot, supporting the growth of this vibrant new community.

Despite a fast-paced timeline and weather challenges, the project was delivered with quality and precision, creating a space residents can enjoy for years to come.

We're proud to have played a role in the club's journey by transforming a 30,000 sq. ft. MLB Houston Astros spring training clubhouse into the Orlando City training grounds. With dedicated spaces for training, recovery, collaboration, media, dining, and more, the facility was built to keep the team ready for every match!

This Career and Technical Education Month, we celebrate the students, partners and companies that show students pathways to great careers and give them the tools to succeed. With hands-on education, we all make our industry stronger!
