✨Transformation Story Time✨

Maggie has been absolutely crushing it at Burn (do you see those muscles?!) and we are so proud of her! She’s an incredible part of our community🩵

“Before I started Burn Boot Camp, I had a rough year after losing my dad. I was experiencing pain for many months, from my lower back through my hip and thigh, to the point where I would hold back my laugh so it wouldn’t hurt too much. I thought, “That’s it. I can’t continue like this.”

Turns out, I had sciatica.

My physical therapist, who was a miracle worker, suggested that I work on gaining my strength. I started looking around for a gym, and then I saw one of my friends, who is deaf, trying out Burn Boot Camp. I asked her about it and whether it was deaf-friendly. She said yes, and that she was having so much fun.

That sold me.

I’m here for my physical and mental health, and for my future. I’ve never felt this good, and for the first time in my life, I feel like an athlete. I even tried a triathlon!?

Since I’ve been here, I’ve gained close friends—and maybe a muscle or two. 😉”
