Outagamie County Health and Human Services Mentoring Program Youth mentoring agency. Here at the Outagamie County Mentoring Program, we work with the youth in the community who need us the most.

We match these kids with adults mentors who expose them to new, healthy, and positive experiences that enhance self esteem and improve social skills. Mentor matches spend 4 to 8 hours per month together developing positive and trusting relationships the youth can rely on. Youth can be matched with an individual mentor or a mentor couple. A successful match is life changing for both the mentor(s) and the mentee! We find that many mentors enjoy getting to be a kid again with their youth!
